COVID-19 Notice

We are closely monitoring coronavirus developments and will be doing our best to take the required precautions to minimise the health risks of our staff, clients, stakeholders and our community.
We have therefore taken the following decisions which will be implemented with immediate effect and until further notice.
  • We will be ceasing all client and stakeholder face-to-face meetings and walk-in consultations. Fortunately, we have great technologies to assist us with virtual meetings, with our preference being a platform called Zoom. You will not be required to subscribe to Zoom and we will talk you through how to use it if you have not used it before. Where meetings have already been set up, we will be in touch to reschedule these accordingly.
  • We will cease all local travel with only business critical flights being considered in extreme circumstances. Unfortunately, we will therefore not be in a position to visit you or your business at this stage.
  •  Our staff will predominantly be working from home, however being a cloud-based business, we can keep our business operating smoothly and provide all our services from anywhere outside our offices. We would therefore like to assure you that our service to you will not be impacted in any way by this pandemic.
We appreciate that these are incredibly stressful times and some hard decisions are having to be made. For those of you who are taking similar precautions of working remotely but are not currently making use of cloud-based software, this will be more difficult to do. If we can play any part in assisting you with becoming less reliant on your offices by moving more of your applications to the cloud or would like to outsource any services during this difficult time, please do contact us. Although there are numerous cloud applications to consider, we would highly recommend consideration of the following applications that can truly transform your business, increase mobility and allow you to work remotely.
Xero – accounting software with the following integrated cloud application:
  • Receipt Bank – data extraction and invoice/receipt storage;
  • Spotlight – dashboarding, reporting, forecasting;
  • Float – cashflow management;
  • Payspace – payroll and HR;
  • Chaser – debtor management;
  • Approvalsmax – tiered invoice and PO approvals; and
  • Workflowmax – Time and project manageme
