T minus z – launch day has landed.
We’re thrilled to unveil our revitalised, future-embracing brand, culture, and name.
Over the last year, we have poured our hearts and souls into creating a fresh image that accurately depicts who we are at our core as a team and what we stand for. So, as of 18 November 2021, The Tax House has officially rebranded to and renamed Omne – derived from the Latin word “everything”.
The Need for Change
This update shows the evolution of our company since its founding in 2006, when tax compliance was the core service we offered our clients. The Tax House has grown significantly and, as our team approaches 20 strong, the calibre and scale of our service offering has transformed immeasurably. Our capabilities and heart to support entrepreneurs has deepened and widened since those founding days.
It’s been an amazing growth journey and we needed a brand that reflected this and better communicated the value we bring to small businesses. And so we embarked on a rebrand mission.

The Rebrand Process
Today’s launch has been 12 months in the making. We worked closely as a team and with several partners and clients as we moved step-by-step through the rebranding process, ensuring that we comprehensively understood our customers and the market.
Meaning “everything”, we feel that Omne perfectly captures the essence of our values and desire to nurture businesses into all they can be. We specialise in bringing your business to life and helping you make it the best it possibly can be. We are the go-to for small businesses – everything made possible.
Our new logo deepens this message: the arrows speak to omni-direction, enforcing our support for our clients’ business growth in all directions and in all aspects.
Our new brand has been built from the ground up and is part of the ongoing evolution of our company. We absolutely love it and we hope you do, too!
The Future
While this is a significant change, our core beliefs remain the same. We will continue to partner with clients as we grow and scale your business together. We pride ourselves on, and believe our x-factor is, our personal and authentic approach as we plan for a future of success.
With this rebrand, we aim to present ourselves better and provide you with better services and support. Omne is perfect for taking us through our next phase in our exciting journey
